At Hermès, the Birkin is an iconic piece of the house, often released in limited editions and sold at very high prices due to its highly coveted rarity. The boutique windows are just as iconic, exploring a variety of visual styles ranging from surrealism to more playful and caricatural scenographies. The goal was therefore to design a limited edition bag along with a window display to accompany it.

I chose to pay tribute to the city that has greatly contributed to Hermès’ history, particularly the boutique on Rue Saint-Honoré. I imagined an illustrated bag, a “Parisian façade” edition. The window display features a caricatural vision of Paris: Haussmann-style buildings, cobblestone streets, and the Eiffel Tower standing in the background. The entire project was modeled in 3D and illustrated by me.
